Massive collision tumor of ovary in pregnancy: rare successful perinatal outcome

چکیده

A collision tumor is the co-existence of two adjoining but histologically distinct tumors without histological admixture in same tissue or organ. The most common combination ovary coexistence mature teratoma with mucinous cystadenomas. incidence adnexal mass pregnancy 0.05-2.4% which 94-99% are benign. 1-6% maybe malignant requiring more extensive surgical procedures that increases likelihood loss. Ovarian first diagnosed during often present a challenge for diagnosis and management. Hence accurate knowledge characteristics, especially ultrasound appearance gestational age at diagnosis, key prerequisites establishing effective plan management pregnant women. To best our this report huge successful outcome its kind.
